Implemented the MFA for the global client environment as part of the broader portfolio aimed at company's compliance with the NIST standards for cyber security. Was responsible for the technical side of the project as well as designed and defined processes, procedures, documentation, handled piloting and training.

Brief & Idea.

Implementing multi-factor authentication in diverse environment of drastically different sites, such as factories and labs, is quite challenging. We had to take into consideration various aspects - from technology to environment, from habits to local legislation.

In the end, we came up with elegant and secure solution, and were able to deploy it swiftly, yet carefully.

Result.

The standard MFA solution designed and successfully deployed at all locations in scope, including technical implementation, operational framework, processes, incident management and everything else that was in our list.
